Mary Joy has been implementing an integrated community development programs since its establishment in its area of operations. Different impacts /results have been obtained as a result of various integrated development interventions that benefited children, youth, women, older person, People living with the HIV virus and the larger community.

In recognition of the vital role played by Mary Joy in the arena of poverty reduction, HIV/AIDSs prevention and control, Community capacity building and the various knowledge transfer initiatives, various individuals, non-governmental organizations, government offices and community based organizations have provided and reflected their gratitude and appreciation as an encouragement to its future action.
